The Pure Instinto website is exclusively for adults over 18 years of age. These terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Pure Instinto does not in any way encourage the use of illicit drugs and will not assume responsibility for the use of any item sold on our website. All content provided on the Pure Instinto website is intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

Due to the illegality of germinating and cultivating cannabis seeds in most countries worldwide, Pure Instinto sells cannabis seeds as souvenirs and/or collectibles for adults only, and not for cultivation purposes. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot answer or offer any advice regarding germination or cultivation. Pure Instinto may not be copied, sold, reproduced, or manipulated for commercial use without our written permission.

Office Hours

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

  • All orders placed within these hours will be processed immediately.

  • Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on the volume of accumulated sales.

Buying from Pure Instinto

You can place orders through our website www.pureinstinto.com or by sending us an email at sales@pureinstinto.com. When you place an order, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation email with your purchase details. However, this does not mean the order will be processed immediately. We will first verify product availability and contact you to confirm everything is in stock. Only after the confirmation email will we proceed with the packaging and shipping of your purchase.

Prices

All product prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include 21% VAT (tax).

  • Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be added once the customer provides their postal address.

  • In the event of pricing errors, the customer will be notified via email; Pure Instinto will provide a corrected offer, or the customer may choose to cancel the order.

  • If a cancellation is made, the customer will be refunded in full.

  • Customers may be subject to import taxes depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment

Orders are only valid once the customer completes the payment process. We offer several payment methods:

  • Important: Please include your “Order Number” as a reference in your transfer. Ensure you cover all bank commissions to guarantee the full amount is received.

2. Cash in Envelope

  • We only accept EUROS.

  • Include your “Order Number” and a copy of the invoice.

  • All cash payments must be sent via registered mail. Ensure the envelope is securely sealed and tamper-proof.

  • Pure Instinto assumes no responsibility for money lost in the mail.

International Shipping

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

  • Europe: Delivery approximately seven days after payment receipt.

  • Outside Europe: Longer shipping times should be expected.

  • We ship to all destinations where our products are legal.

  • Registered shipping (available in Europe) includes a tracking number. Orders are shipped using trusted courier and postal services including Correos, CTT Express and UPS. The carrier may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping service.

  • Pure Instinto is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

  • Lost Orders: If a registered shipment is declared lost by the courier after 2 weeks, we will send a replacement or provide a refund.

Cancellations and Returns

  • Cancellations: Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. Please notify us by phone or email. Valid cancellations will receive a full refund.

  • Returns: Customers are eligible to return their order within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us and state the reason for the return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and proof of shipment must be provided.

  • Once the order is received in good condition, the product price (excluding shipping) will be refunded within 14 business days.
